1.起床先叠被
人体本身─也是一个污染源。在一夜的睡眠中,人体的皮肤会排出大量的水蒸气,使被子不同程度地受潮。人的呼吸和分布全身的毛孔所排出的化学物质有 145种,从汗液中蒸发的化学物质有151种。被子吸收或吸附水分和气体,如不让其散发出去,起床就立即叠被,易使被子受潮及受化学物质污染。
2.不吃早餐
不吃早餐的人则通常饮食无规律,容易感到疲倦,头晕无力,天长日久就会造成营养不良、贫血、抵抗力降低,并会产生胰、胆结石。
3.饭后松裤带
饭后松裤带可使腹腔内压下降,消化器官的活动与韧带的负荷量增加,从而促使肠子蠕动加剧,易发生肠扭转,使人腹胀、腹痛、呕吐,还容易患胃下垂等病。
4.饭后即睡
饭后即睡会使大脑的血液流向胃部,由于血压降低,大脑的供氧量也随之减少,造成饭后极度疲倦,易引起心口灼热及消化不良,还会发胖。如果血液原已有供应不足的情况,饭后倒下便睡,这种静止不动的状态,极易招致中风。
5.饱食
饱食容易引起记忆力下降,思维迟钝,注意力不集中,应激能力减弱。经常饱食,尤其是过饱的晚餐,因热量摄入太多,会使体内脂肪过剩,血脂增高,导致脑动脉粥样硬化。还会引起一种叫“纤维芽细胞生长因子”的物质在大脑中数以万倍增长,这是一种促使动脉硬化的蛋白质。脑动脉硬化的结果会导致大脑缺氧和缺乏营养,影响脑细胞的新陈代谢。经常饱食,还会诱发胆结石、胆囊炎、糖尿病等疾病,使人未老先衰,寿命缩短。
